For left seat, I'd expect somewhere in the mid £60k range, possibly more. Right seat, probably somewhere around £40-£45k. Although i have heard of a operator paying their FOs over £50k.
Roster...who knows? 6/3 seems to be de riguer in UK GA, often cos it helps FTLs work. But random rosters are a distinct possibility (not sure what RYR have their Lear guys on at the moment).
Decent type to have, over the ATPL weight limit.
