Stop referring to MCY as Brisbane North, it's not even close. It is not even vaguely similar to AVV - Melbourne western suburbs.

No one is going to travel 80-90 kilometres from Brisbane's northern suburbs to MCY when BNE is around a third of that distance away.
I would, 80-90ks on a freeway as opposed to half the distance, not a third, on a tollway.
