Seeing many of the outback WA & NT charter guys flying C210s wearing white shirts shows how out of touch uniform standards are in this "elite profession".
Your casual resort worker would be more suited to such a uniform. They aren't dealing with like black oil on their hands from pre-flight inspections, filthy fuel bowser equipment and hoses, pilot maintenance items like changing a tyre/removing or installing seats/changing tyres just to name a few.
