"1,000m runway" - what about obstacles ? What about elevation ? What about average temperatures ?
We operate a Citation Sovereign out of 1066m of runway WITH close in obstacles. THEY limit us to about 1500-1600nm of range. Without the obstacles we could go about 300 to 500nm further. (depending on temperature, load, wind). The Sovereign would be above the budget though.
IF you are serios about spending that amount of money, then let a professional make an analysis of the airport you mention. APG or similar companies can provide professional help in runway analysis for about every type on the planet.
