7. All original logbooks from your previous and current employers

• Clear copy of your one-year flight time logbook or an electronic logbook, signed and stamped (preferably on each page)
• Clear copy of stamped logbook page showing last LPC entry

1. ATPL Theory Exams results and certificate (for CPL holders only)
2. Current/last employer flying hours certificate
3. Current employer original company ID.”
