With COS18 CX has found its no problem to recruit kids to become pilots.
(Please don't mention to management that actually the young ones will do it for free.)
However retaining actual pilots seems to be problematic...
So to make the future planned crew numbers work recruit and train they must!
Please fill us in, exactly how many pilots does a bankrupt & defunct airline need ??
