I doubt the takeoff would have been filmed specially for R&H, more likely a stock/publicity film (it's very well shot), so it needn't have been anywhere near the studios.

Note that the cruise shot that follows the takeoff is definitely a publicity film, showing an earlier configuration of the Trident, before the APU was relocated to the tail.
