So F100 pilots in Network aren’t entitled to the positions on the A320 in their own airline? They will bypass them, and hire externally (from network, not the group)? That sucks. What a crap employer.
Ultimately that mentality from an employer results in the implosion of their operation. It will only take a bit of hiring across the industry by a few bigger operators and they will be in real trouble.
