Today we receive emails of thanks from Kempis and Tang. 'Thanks' from these two only makes matters whose for all the front line staff who are suffering under the current work conditions. Many of these conditions could be much improved if the company actually cared about the staff.
The recent rebranding from Cathay Pacific to Cathay is just another indication that we work for a new company which is just another corporate where staff come last.
