$175k for an A320 Captain, not much in the way of additional payments for extra flying, 10 days sick leave, basically no rostering protections, very thin document.
No wonder I’ve heard most LWOP pilots are desperate to get back to their original employer once they are able to. Even heard some quit NA and are working at Bunnings until they can get back to mainline.
