NSW: Public Health (COVID-19 Air Transportation Quarantine) Order (No 3) 2021 Part 5, Section 31 if you want to skip to the relevant parts. Paragraph 4 states that a person who employs the nominated person must ensure the person complies with the direction, so effectively an employer affected by these laws is required to ensure their employees are vaccinated. Have court cases challenging this been successful? No.
Who polices it? Who polices that you have a Class 1, or in different industries a Working with Children check or a flu shot or a drivers licence to deliver pizza?
