I know it's just wording, but it's more correct to say that you will receive the same 'standard' of treatment. As the treatment for a vaccinated patient may be different due to already having been administered the vaccination may alter how some drugs respond. That does not mean you get lessor standard, but it could mean that the vaccinated may be in a different position than the not, I can't answer that part.
