Varman you need to look very carefully at what's being offered, it sounds very fishy to me.
1. There is no such thing as a frozen ATPL without an IR.
2. An integrated ATPL course is less than 200 hours - that's the whole point of integrated.
3. I have no idea what you'd be doing that would lead to 240 hours with no IR.
4. Any modular school will give you a CPL/IR with 200 hours for half the price.
More hours won't get you a job, unless those hours are on type, so an airline will look at 200/240/1000 hours exactly the same. As for getting a job, it's pretty unlikely even with the right to live and work. You'd have better luck in the US, where you can train and work as an instructor for a few years.
