In your dreams anything is possible. As for 45m? Not in your lifetime but then when Luton was operating year after year at 1.8m I would have made the same comment regarding 18m.
Regarding riding the Dart, I am looking forward to my invite. I saw it operating today at a walking pace so it still seems to have issues. Maybe time for a construction update this weekend?
