Any news on when the new Part 43 rules will come into effect? From reading the info on the CASA website, it sounds like a done deal but no mention of when it might be introduced. My employer is in denial and says it will never happen and is not prepared to step up to Part 145 maintenance organisation rules to service his Charter aircraft.
