Google maps eyeball of the Jolo runway lenght is close to 6000 feet. Should be plenty for a C130 even for normal pilot skills. The photos show, that they did an extreme overrun past the quarry, so my bet is, that they did not touch down even mid runway. Is there a FDR on those C130?
