From memory, isn’t that one of the ATPL requirements?
There seem to be some common misconception regarding the requirements:
≥500 hours as PIC Under Supervision (PICUS) or
(ii) 250 hours either as PIC or
(iii) 250 hours of which at least 70 hours as Pilot-in-Command and the remaining as PICUS
I got my ATPL unfrozen witht the (iii) requirement.
