Every job advert in the UK gets hundreds of applications. Ask any company who advertises. There are a lot of people looking.
There are not hundreds of pilots with a UK medical, UK CPL(H), UK MEIR(H) and 500 hours (or training overseen by employer as per OGP requirements) wanting a copilot position in Aberdeen.
