I once had a high performance car that was tuned until it had ~60% more BHP than it had leaving the factory, everything went fine until I was accelerating in second gear one day and there was a horrendous banging like a machine gun firing underneath the car. The torque had snapped the gearbox mount and it was thrashing against the floor pan.
