LL, not we don't. There was no Directed Traffic given to the Metro. This scenario relied solely on the SR22 pilot. As the Metro pilot, would you have proceeded down final knowing that there was an aeroplane on base, possibly belly-up to you, which you couldn't see? Of course not. ATC should have, but apparently didn't, pass DTI to the Metro about the SR22. Yank/ICAO Class D is Clayton's controlled airspace.
