No one I see suggested a debate on race or creed, the issue is solely the ability to attract, train pilots for a HUGE airline with those with the aptitude and willingness to work from a (relatively small) local population of (a smallish) city-state without sacrificing established standards and experience levels. I think that was the debate, nothing to do with race or creed, that is what you interjected!
