I so wish I hadn’t even asked the question now. It was just a question and in no way was supposed to start a debate on the rights and wrongs of the airlines mix of pilots nationalities. There are good, bad and average pilots of ALL nationalities. The country of origin matters little, ability, training, commitment and dedication are what matter. If Emirates want a local airline then so be it, it is their country and their choice.
A debate on race or creed has no place in a modern company nor on here, so please stop!
