No, I'm saying we'd be better off if the EPA was somewhat competent and held responsible for their actions (or lack there of). Most of it's regulations go through without any reasonable of cost/benefit analysis - e.g. if it has a benefit that's all that matters no matter what the costs.
As it is, it's just another government bureaucracy that largely exists to maintain it's existence (a common problem in government).
