Assuming the HIRF/Lightning/EMI requirements are similar to the KC-46, they are much higher than the current 25.1317 regulatory requirement.

The current 747-200 based AF One aircraft are a real hodge-podge of analog and digital - including a lot of A2D and D2A converters that are rather susceptible to HIRF/EMI.
