It is an interesting article, I'm surprised no-one else has commented.

Does anyone know the comparability between Part 91 and EU Part-NCO in terms of requirements? Indeed, do we have a UK Part-NCO now we have left EASA?

The whole idea of NCO/Part91 always confused me - most of these operations are, indeed, commercial. At least the Yankees used a term (91) which didn't describe as "non-commercial" something which is commercial... only the EU managed that!
