Philippine airlines the worst airline ... ?
It is simply my misfortune, of are Philippine Airlines the worst airline for customer service?
I made a booking in January 2020 for a return flight which was to take place between March and April last year.
Naturally the flight was cancelled due to the pandemic.
I received a courtesy e-mail from the airline offering me alternative arrangements for re-booking the flight.
I applied.
Then they wrote back to say that on checking their records I had not booked the flight with them, but with a third party and that I must obtain a refund through this Agent.
I e-mailed them again attaching a screenshot of the e-mail I had received from Philippine Airlines confirming my booking directly with them and attaching an e-ticket.
It could not be clearer.
Since then no response at all to that last e-mail.
So no flight, no refund, no alternative arrangement, no liability, no means of contacting a 'third-party' (there isn't one).
Quite simply they have stolen my money.
Is this the way this airline work in order to stay in business?
