Not quite true, plenty of CX guys on bases. In some cases they are now in HKG, but for less than 7 years, following base closures. They may have “paid their dues” and “contributed to society’ (ie full HK income tax and accumulated seniority) for 15/20+ years, and yet they don’t have a
PR either.
