As an initial thought I’d stay away from Airline cadet programs as it’s possible for these airlines to not survive for the duration of your training course.
May I suggest you look at studying in the USA for a 4-year degree at a University that has a strong aviation faculty.
After your ratings you will be able to instruct for the remainder of your student visa.
