After you fly the 300 hours you are back on the street and another desperate low hour individual takes your place.
At least a few years ago you would pay €50.000 for 500 hours and type, now that has even been reduced to 300
.
Also understand that during a P2F program the Captain will not make any effort to teach you anything, basically reducing the whole operation to single pilot ops.
