Oh no, not again. I'm pleased you enjoy your gliding but please don't do this. I do wish glider pilots would stop these tedious and naïve assertions every time the manual handling discussion comes up. The
Unintentional Flight Into IMC thread elsewhere in this forum suggests the gliding fraternity would do well to learn from the professionals. For example, Cathay Flt 780 was a heroic save by a non-glider pilot crew. There are good pilots and bad pilots, the end.
