Jonas Marcinko, Trent Palmer, Mike Patey, Cory Robin, Stevo Kinevo, Premier1Driver and Tucker Gott have all received phone calls from the FAA.
Most of those folk do something unique on their channel. I don't believe any of the Bush Flying would be legal in Australia, Premier 1 and Stevo are both professional pilots who are interesting to watch from a professional point of view or if you are learning IFR flying.
To be honest someone with 150 hours buzzing around Australia in a 172 doesn't really have much to offer in the way of content.
