I am not at Sky but have a good mate who is... He was up for renewal in June and he was renewed for 1 year... Back in April when the Stink-19 was ramping thru the J-land schedules Sky cut I think 5 Expats, one from each Crewing Company... 1 Oct they gave the 90 day notice for 15 additional Expats making their last day end of the year... Near term no future hiring... Basic pay was reduced by 1000 per month... Scheduled Flights still reduced and loads rebounding slower than expected... T&C are the same as they have been for years, Commuting schedule 10 block days off per month/ 250,000 Jpy housing allowance/ 150,000 Jpy fixed perdeim/ 8000 USD salary, less 1000 now/ rtn airline ticket... Hopefully 2021 will turn and they will once again need Expats... Best off luck...
