Is there even enough demand for any of this ? Blue Island, Eastern. Loganair, Easyjet on some domestic route too....and now a Flybe from the Phoenix flames.
I imagine that depends to some extent of which of those airlines are still around by the time "FlyBe - Rise of the Phoenix" hits an airport near you. I don't imagine any of them are finding revenue streams to equal their outgoings at the moment.
