Incidentally, for the ozzies stuck, is it not enshrined in International law that Country Citizens cannot be barred from re-entry ? I appreciate that a Country can issue seperate rules & regs during a period of "National Crisis" but stopping your own Citizens from re-entry, albeit with restrictions such as quarantine , seems a bit harsh.
