Thanks. Any chance of the reference in the MOS to the requirement for Ops manuals, and the CASA regs/requirements/standards to which they are overseeing? CASA's own documents don't supply any of those details.

UNICOM and CA/GRS fill that gap.
A UNICOM fills no gap, and is forbidden from doing so. A CA/GRS has ultimately shifted the burden for provision of that type of limited service from the national ATS provider to the Aerodrome Operator, with none of the checks and balances it used to be subject to.
