Im in the airlines and I’m interested in LTC and simulator training . I do not have prior training experience . Obviously I know and I can imagine a certain amount of things that are needed to be a good instructor but there are other things I may not realize hence the post , especially calling for experienced instructors to give their opinion . It has been some time since I was a trainee in anything flying-wise related , I have a different way of thinking of course and that’s the issue I guess with most ( junior ) instructors .....they can’t get into the mind of a trainee .
