Total volume wins into LHR/LGW only by the number of frequencies used.
Nobody said the 77W carries more freight per aircraft. Otherwise there’d be no need for the 77F.

The 77W and A35K can carry 20-25 tonnes of cargo with a full passenger load. Four of the six pre-COVID frequencies would equal the same tonnage as one fully loaded 77F (around 100 tons), and anything on the two A380s and three 787s (into LGW) would be in addition to that.

I can’t comment on how much cargo a 77W can carry on a dedicated cargo flight without passengers, as it has been doing during the COVID era.

Three more points to offer, the 77F into STN isnt daily, is usually combined with another destination in Europe, and QR also have a dedicated A330F come into LHR 2-3 times a week in addition to the above.

Heathrow is the busiest airport in the U.K. by quite some distance in terms of cargo tonnage. The number of freighters going into STN may be higher but don’t underestimate the amount of cargo being carried on regular passenger flights.
