What does 're-routed' mean?
BA2585 17/8 (Venice / London) shows in the app as 're-routed' with a comment that 'for further information ask at the airport'.
This is obviously slightly disconcerting: asking at the airport for the return leg is not great.
I have had two corrupt emails from them that are not readable.
BA don't answer the phone at the moment.
Does anyone know what this actually means?
