For me its shameful how the CAA are impotent on all this or perhaps spineless.
The CAA was filleted by the former Chief Executive and his cohort Dame Edna leaving it with no backbone but they saved a lot of money. The Head of Enforcement resigned and was never replaced! At least the DGAC in France apply some sensible rules to these new activities.
