You may have not heard this, however it depends on how you contract it... lightly breathed in and it will affect your upper respiratory tract, or if the infected droplets find their way down lower, your lungs will have serious issues straight up.
Pray for the former and by the time your body fights it off, it might not make it to your lungs.
