Avherald's calculation is based on a transponder altitude of 500 feet. I have no idea where they got that value from, but
FR24 clearly shows Mode S values down to 325'.
Adjust the FR24 value for QNH and runway elevation and there's no way you can make that equate to 260' AGL.
