Off on a tangent again , but there is a very interesting, in depth ' tour ' of Ramstein USAF Base here : https://www.businessinsider.com/rams...14-9?r=US&IR=T I use go to USAF bases a lot , here in the 80's . Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire , including the day after TDA. Columbia Shuttle Disaster 1986 and TDA the Libya long range revenge attack 1986 , now they stand out as odd working days - but great times , TFC.
