Rex might scare off Indigo. Hear there are some really cheap B737-800 leases going & staff prepared to work more for less. The ABC story this am, says Rex would position 10 jets between qantarse & junkstar.

Could Rex tie up with Alliance ? Rex do trunk routes & get Alliance to do low frequency regional routes using mix of F70/100 depending on demand. From what I understand, F100s are cheaper per seat, but F70s cheaper per mission & same crews.
