I'm not sure I'd call this a plan, though. Not a course of actions (like a rescue plan), but simply a single action - getting out. Know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em - and BH folded 'em.
It was nice that he pointed out this was not the airlines' faulty operation, simply an external market situation too fluid and unpredictable in which to stay invested.
