I think with contractors they just apply seniority maybe. Locals contract has been taking in consideration “performance”. Maybe here BCs opinión of every base has been the point more significative. There is people fired with more than 6 years, even 10 years and also new joiners. A mix of everything. Nobody knows how this list has been created. 🤷🏼♂️
