With respect, CAX have always reported their aircraft movements to the CAA, so no need to sass them over that!
What has been new to them is the requirement to start reporting passenger numbers since the pax. flights started. Obviously the last scheduled passenger flights occurred over a generation ago, and collectively forgotten in the meantime; the need to report such statistics was probably not flagged up to them by the regulator for quite a while after the flights started.
I'm sure that they will be appearing before too much longer.
