I could launch into a history lesson about 1989 but I’ll resist the temptation. Suffice it to say that if you think you can negotiate a better deal by yourself , without representation , no understanding of the law , industrial relations , economic reality , let alone history, well , good luck with that.
Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. Add the impetuousness of youth and you have a recipe for disaster.
