I hope the Employee has recovered in the intervening period as it took a number of years to reach Court.
"Flybe Ltd, of New Walker hangar, Exeter Airport, pleaded guilty to breaching Section 2(1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The company was sentenced at Exeter Magistrates Court where it was fined £100,000 and ordered to pay costs of £9,963.16."
