With a PPL cl 2 medical...why cant you do aerobatics???
At age over 75 I have to have a Drivers Licence medical, every year. Dr Check up and Optometrists report on yr peepers. I dont need glasses for driving..Have 1 dud ear but that has never denied me a PPL for 60 years
If thats yr case dont bother with the Commercial Drivers Licence medical its a WOFTAM. Failed on the hearing!. CDL was just a CAsA brain fart.
At the Docs did ecg and etc.. and nobody could access the CAsA website. She even rangup about it...and two days later got an email saying the site was down then.!!
So back we go again to complete all the rest and also specialist ticker box check. Plus the DAME Optometrist.
After all that frustration and expenditure AvMed then wanted a Stress Test and a MoCA test.
Stress test not reqd for PPL.. so back again to the Dame for the MOca test. Which is a bit of an insult really ..if you have a DL medical and can drive on the roads these days, you must obviously still have yr marbles.
Total cost all up about 1000 bucks all up

Now due all again as now deemed only good for one year PASS.!
