Fair point. So how much extra time might be reasonable for a NQY-SEN flight compared to NQY-LHR from doors closed to doors open ? Granted all kinds of things come into play but publishing a schedule with all kinds of "well it depends on whether ATC are having a good day or bad day" isn't going to work :-)
